Wisconsin is still killing babies because our government has failed us.
Contrary to popular belief, the legislature has the ability to enact laws that would protect every preborn human being from abortion. The legislature is more than capable of establishing justice for the preborn. What they must do is write and approve a bill that defines abortion as murder and include no exceptions. Also contrary to popular belief, Wisconsin’s governor and attorney general, as chief executives of this state, are not bound to uphold the constitutionally-repugnant, immoral, unjust Roe v. Wade opinion issued by the Supreme Court. In fact, they have a duty to interpose and defend the preborn from brutal murder.
WHEREAS, all human beings are created in the image of God, and are thus endowed by their Creator with an unalienable right to life; and
WHEREAS, abortion is murder - the murder of the weakest and most innocent human beings within our midst; and
WHEREAS, governments are instituted by God among mankind, being charged with the duty to secure and protect the right to life, and establish justice for all; and
WHEREAS, organic law in the form of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States has been trampled by federal courts and the federal government has abandoned its duty to defend the preborn; and
WHEREAS, the Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land throughout all the States and Territories of our union, and all public officials from all levels of government take an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States; and
WHEREAS, the Constitution of the United States mandates that no State shall deprive any human being of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law, nor deny to any human being within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws; and
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statute 940.04(6) declares, “ ‘unborn child’ means a human being from the time of conception;” and
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statute 940.01(a) declares, “whoever causes the death of another human being with intent to kill that person or another is guilty of a Class A felony;” and
WHEREAS, the 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states that “[t]he powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people”; and
WHEREAS, the federal judiciary formed by the Constitution of the United States is not the exclusive or final judge of what is constitutional or unconstitutional; but that, as in all other cases of compact among parties having no final arbiter, each party has an equal right to judge for itself
THEREFORE, be it resolved:
THAT, by allowing the murder of innocent children by abortion to go unpunished, the government of the State of Wisconsin has abandoned its most basic moral duties and legal obligations.
THAT, by falsely claiming the Constitution declares a “right” to murder one's child by abortion, the Supreme Court of the United States has issued an opinion that is repugnant to the Constitution.
THAT, public officials in Wisconsin are not bound by law or duty to approve, accept, or enforce the Supreme Court’s repugnant interpretation of the Constitution of the United States as it pertains to abortion.
THAT, public officials in Wisconsin are bound by solemn oath and moral duty to oppose the Supreme Court’s perversion of the Constitution within the State of Wisconsin.
THAT, public officials in Wisconsin are bound by solemn oath and moral duty to provide the equal protection of the laws to all human beings in Wisconsin, specifically to enforce and uphold any and all Wisconsin criminal statutes which protect innocent lives and punish criminal behavior.
BEING SO RESOLVED,
we hereby direct every public official in Wisconsin, including, but not limited, to sheriffs, district attorneys, judges and justices, the Attorney General, and the Governor, to exercise their authority as appropriate in their respective jurisdictions to stop the murder of innocent preborn children by abortion and establish justice for all preborn human beings in Wisconsin.
